Which model should I start with?
AURA is the education model and the one currently in production. If your organisation trains people — staff, learners, customers, field teams — AURA is the easiest entry point. For industry-specific AI (finance, healthcare, pharma, retail, logistics, media, tourism), check the Models page and pair AURA with the domain model that maps to your sector.
Is VelorQ available for deployment today?
AURA is deployed and running inside UpLeap Technologies' product family. The other seven models (VYDE, SAGE, NOVA, ZYNC, ROAM, MUSE, TIDE) are being rolled out through the KCL hub architecture. Reach out and we'll discuss timing for your specific use case.
Do you sign NDAs before a conversation?
Yes. For any conversation where you need to share proprietary information — architecture diagrams, roadmaps, sensitive use cases — we're happy to sign a mutual NDA first. Mention it in your first email and we'll send a template the same day.
Can VelorQ run on our private cloud / VPC?
Yes. Enterprise deployments support dedicated VPC, private cloud, and in some cases on-premises installation. Tenant isolation is schema-level by default — architectural, not policy-driven — so your data never touches another tenant's environment regardless of deployment model.
What data do you need to train on our domain?
Much less than you'd expect. We work with your existing internal knowledge — documents, SOPs, course materials, regulatory corpora, historical decisions — and the KCL hub means your domain models benefit from cross-domain signals from sibling models without exposing tenant data. We'll walk through the data-readiness question in the first discovery call.
Do you offer a trial or proof-of-concept?
Yes — typically a time-boxed pilot scoped around one clear business question you want AURA (or another model) to answer. Pilots usually run 4–8 weeks with a defined success criterion, tenant-isolated from day one.
